The Prayer f Faith

Jas 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

Jas 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

(CEV)  If you have faith when you pray for sick people, they will get well. The Lord will heal them, and if they have sinned, he will forgive them.

(GW)  (Prayers offered in faith will save those who are sick, and the Lord will cure them.) If you have sinned, you will be forgiven.

(MSG)  Believing-prayer will heal you, and Jesus will put you on your feet. And if you’ve sinned, you’ll be forgiven–healed inside and out.

And the prayer of faith shall save the sick,….

That is, the prayer of the Elders, being put up to God in faith by them, and in which the sick person joins their faith to  the prayer of faith; such a prayer is a means of bringing down from God a blessing on the sick man, and of restoring him to his former health. Let say it this way; the Elder must be a person of faith and must know how to prayer the prayer of faith. The sick must add their faith to the Elders prayer of faith. When this is done the Lord promises to raise up the sick. What we have here is the prayer of agreement, which is stated in Matt.18:19-20.  Jesus, our High Priest is in our midst to see that our prayer of faith is carried out.

Mat 18:19-20 KJVA Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.  (20)  For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

As I research the word prayer I find the definition uses the word vow to define prayer. This is very important and reveals why many times why we do not receive the results promised. Study of the bible reveals much about making vows. Once an adult makes a vow, he or she is penalized for breaking it. By using this word vow, this scripture actually says that as an elder, I promise to see you healed, whole and raised up according to scripture, no matter what I am seeing in the natural. I promise that when I pray the prayer of faith I will stay in faith until you’re raised up. Even if things get worst after we agree in prayer, I vow to stay in faith and see you whole until you are whole. I will not throw away my faith when I hear bad reports about you. I will hold fast to the promise of God and He will bring it to pass. I will not speak what I see; only what I believe and I believe that God will do exactly what He said He will do. This friend is the vow of faith. When children are involved then the Elder and the legal guardian must hold this attitude of faith over that child.

1Jn 5:14-15 KJVA  And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:  (15)  And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Understand that God’s word and His will are identical. You don’t say one thing and will another. God’s word is His will; His will is His word; they are one and the same and they cannot be changed.

I once received a call about one of the members of the church who had a stroke while preparing for work. They ask if I could meet them at the hospital and pray. Well I started praying immediately. I took authority over death and commanded healing in the name of Jesus. We arrived at the hospital at the same time. Mrs. D looked up at me with her twisted face; the effects of the stroke, and said “Pastor I’m healed.” I looked at that twisted face and said “yes you are, from your head to your feet, in Jesus name. Based on the word of God and the principles of faith we took our stand and vowed to stay with the word of God no matter what. Members of the church would go to see Mrs. D, see the paralysis and return with a report based on what they could see in the natural. I announced to the church that if they could not see Mrs. healed then stay away from the hospital. I know that sounded harsh but Mrs. D didn’t need pity at that time. She needed people to stand in faith with her. She needed someone to vow to see her whole until the manifestation of her prayer appeared. Well things got worse but we continued to stay with our vow. Those who couldn’t stay in faith stayed away from the hospital. Well the Lord fulfilled His part of the promise. He raised her up completely healed and whole. This ordeal lasted about 3-4 week but we won the victory because we were under the principles of the Vow of Faith.

Rev 12:11 GNB They won the victory over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the truth which they proclaimed; and they were willing to give up their lives and die.

God’s Word: The Elixir Of Life

Elixir is defined as a substance that is believed to maintain life indefinitely. A substance or medicine believed to have the power to cure all ills and human disorders. A sovereign remedy. Think about it! How we could change the world if we had a medicine that could cure every sickness and every disease known to mankind. Think about the money we could divert to other uses. What about the lives that would be saved and the suffering we could eliminate. Mankind has look everywhere and researched every idea to no avail. Have you ever looked and looked for something you thought was lost only to find out that you were looking in the wrong place? That is what man has been doing for ages, looking in the wrong place for a cure all for his ails. The answer has been as close as the nearest bookstore and in some cases as close as the nearest book shelf. The remedy or cure all is the Word of God!

 Proverbs 4:20-22,   My son, attend to My Words; incline thine ear unto My sayings.  Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.  For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

God’s Word is Life to Those Who Find It.

I find that if I study a word from its original language, I understand more of what the author is saying. I did this with several words from the above scripture. The Hebrew word for life is chay (khah’ – ee), meaning:  Living, alive, life, or maintenance.  Chay is derived from the Hebrew word chayah (khaw – yaw’):  meaning:  To restore to life or health, or, to revive from sickness or death. So this is what I get from the scripture were looking at. If I follow the instructions given then God’s word will perform maintenance on my body. We in the natural do maintenance on our homes, autos, clothing and even our teeth but most of us forget to do maintenance on our bodies! This scripture says that God’s word will maintain and revive your body from death, sickness and disease.  Now I know why Jesus said that man would live by the word of God.

Psalms 107:20, He (God) sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

Psalms 119:116, Uphold me according unto Thy Word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.

Proverbs 4:4-9,   He taught me also, and said unto me, let thine heart retain my words:  keep my commandments, and live. Get wisdom, get understanding.. Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee…

Proverbs 7:2-3,   Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye. Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart.

Psalms 105:37, He (God) brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.

Ezekiel 37:1-10,   And He (God) said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live?  And I answered, O Lord God, Thou knowest. Again He said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the Word of the Lord. Thus saith the Lord God unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live…So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.

 The Greek word for life is Zoe, meaning:  Life in the absolute. Life as God has Life Absolute is defined as perfect in quality or nature; complete; not mixed; not limited by restrictions or exceptions. To better understand what I am saying, let’s look at absolute zero is -459.97 degrees Fahrenheit.  Absolute zero is a temperature at which all molecular functions cease because of total absence of heat. Absolute Life, Zoe, is a quality of life totally void of darkness, sickness, disease, feebleness, and death in its working.

Matthew 4:4,   But He (Jesus) answered and said, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

John 6:63,   It is the Spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: The words I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

John 10:10,   The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.       

John 11:40-44,   Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest  believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?  Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid.  And Jesus lifted up His eyes, and said, Father, I thank Thee that Thou hast heard me.  And I knew that Thou hearest me always And when He thus had spoken, He cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.  And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave clothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

The absolute life that is in God’s word went into the tomb of Lazarus’ body while he was in the tomb and destroyed everything contrary to absolute life. Jesus sent the Elixir of Life to His dead friend and the Elixir did its job.

God’s Word is Medicine to Those Who Take It

Some make the mistake of believing in God’s medicine for taking the medicine. Believing in food but not eating it causes death. Believing in water but not drinking it causes death. Believing in healing but not taking God’s medicine would do no good. Lets us draw a parallels between God’s medicine (His Word) and natural medicine. God’s medicine and natural medicine are both healing agents which when used properly contain the capacity to bring about healing. Some natural medicines fail to work but God’s medicine always works. God’s medicine and natural medicine are no respecters of persons. Medicine will work for anyone who will take it. God’s will to heal is revealed in the fact that He gave the medicine. Both are prescribed by doctors. 

Exod. 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.

Leeser’s translation for God is “the Lord thy Physician“.

Rotherham’s translation for God is “Yahweh thy Physician“.

Goodspeed’s translation for God is “the Lord Who makes you immune to those diseases“.

Medicine must be taken according to directions to be effective. Natural medicine:  Take internally; take externally; after meals; before meals; once daily; three times a day. Proverbs 4:20-22 is God’s directions for taking His medicine.

No matter how good the medicine is, or where it comes from, it must be taken according to directions, or it will not work. It takes time for medicine to work. Most people give natural medicine a lot of time, patience, and money to work. They diligently return for refills of their natural medicine. Treat God’s medicine the same: the more you take it, the more health you will experience.

The Key Method to Taking God’s Medicine is Meditation on God’s Word.

Meditation is defined as to say or mutter; to speak to oneself in low tones of voice; to revolve around in the mind; to study or ponder.

Joshua 1:8,   This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein:  for then thou shall make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

God’s Word must govern our thoughts and speech. God’s Word must be acted upon. God’s Word will empower us to prosper in our bodies.

Psalms 1:1-3,   Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in His law doth he meditate day and night.  And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Blessed is defined as empowered to prosper.

He (you) shall bring forth fruit…

Mark 4:24,   And He (Jesus) said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure   ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given. (See Amp. Bible)

Thought and study produces understanding. Thought and study produces power. Thought and study enables you to experience God’s grace

2 Peter 1:2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

John 8:31-32, Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on Him, If ye continue in My Word, then are ye

My disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Disciples persist in the Word. Persistence produces knowledge of the truth. Knowledge of the truth liberates you from certain mortal liabilities.  Do you know what mortal liabilities are? The word mortal means death doomed or subject to death. The curse of sickness, disease, infirmities, death and failure in every realm of life comes under the heading of mortal liabilities. Jesus said the Truth which is the Word of God is the Elixir of God that delivers us and enables us to above these mortal liabilities.

This Word of God must govern every utterance of ours, and, must occupy our every thought.  That Elixir will then flow from our innermost being and drive out everything that does not agree with the will of God. You should take an overdose of this Elixir at lease three times a day. Then watch your body begin to change. 

My Testimony:

I was born sick with underdeveloped lungs and asthma. I grew up a sickly child. In my young adulthood I acquired a very bad sinus problem that would incapacitate me for days. People say that as you get older, your health gets worst. I began to change my health condition thirty two years ago. I found the Elixir of Life and began to take it daily and it has changed my health profile. Today at 63 years of age I am on no medication except the Elixir. I get a physical every year followed by an excellent report. The Word of God say Jesus upholds all things by the Word of His Power. That Word upholds me! To Him be the Glory!!!!

Testimonials

Early in 2007 I was attacked by what can only be regarded today (my hindsight being 20/20 vision coupled with the Holy Ghost), as a foul demon spirit that was bent on making me curse god and accept the calamity it was afflicting me with. But before I give you the praise end of this story, I need to clear up a couple of common misconceptions as they relate to healing, god and malady in its attack on the body. That is “the body of Christ”… God does not, I repeat and hear me well, he does not put malady and calamity on people and it took me 50 years to learn this and effectually apply it to my physical body!  It is His will that we prosper and be in good health… (our bodies). This calamity as I will heretofore call it, was a very painful malady. I call it by these names because none of the 5 or 6 doctors that saw me and treated me (emergency rooms included 3x’s) could give a name to this affliction. It manifested itself “boil type blisters” that started around the middle of both shins to the areas across the top of both feet. I could literally pull the top skin off of any of these areas by using my index finger and thumb, and these areas were constantly wet with fluid, (puss/infection). At the height of my season of pain, I had to rest on the shoulders of both of my sons (1 on each side of me) as they would walk me to the restroom which is one room away! At this point doctors were basically managing my pain with some serious narcotic painkillers which I wanted no part of on a consistent basis. There was a healing service going on at the church I attend (the St Louis Dream Center) and a guest pastor was ministering by the name of Pastor Spann. I remember being late to the service and watching a few people go down to the front for healing and prayer but I really at that point had not made my mind up as to whether I could lend my faith to this kind of event. I went to the restroom, and as I was coming out the Holy Spirit spoke up on the inside of me but pastor spann was closing the meeting. Boldness took over as I shouted from the back of the sanctuary “hold on Pastor, you’ve  got one left “. Of course, he waited and received me. As I explained to him what I was dealing with, he asked if I would remove my shoes and socks!  Wow. Everyone who was there to see it was amazed and remarked at the hideous look of it on both ankles and feet. Pastor Spann anointed me (Js 5:14,15), laid hands on me and immediately, I was healed !!!!!!  I have never had this problem again. It has been 2 years in May. I don’t have any pain or any discomfort. I don’t limp when I walk. God is great and he has given his gift of healing to Pastor Spann (Jn. 14:12), and he operates in it consistently.

A Mother’s Faith

My calling is to proclaim God’s strength and power to this generation and the generation to come. One way of doing this is through what I call Signs and Wonders Boot- Camp, where I teach believers how to release God’s miracle and healing power. This is a twelve hour course that I’m believing to release in book and video form soon.

I had just started the course in a local church and had covered the first two lessons, both dealing with the Holy Spirit. After class a young lady asked my thoughts on a matter she was dealing with. She said” Brother Spann, I know a 14 year old boy who has been in a coma for four years and the doctors are requesting permission from his mother to remove him from the machines since there has been no change for four years.” She went on to say that she believed that God was telling her to go and pray for the boy and raise him up. She then asked me my thoughts on the matter. To her shock, because of what I was teaching, I said I did not believe it would work for two reasons. Please follow me closely in my reply. I realized that in four years many had prayed with no favorable results. The two things that came to my spirit at this time and I believed it was the Spirit’s leading, was spiritual and civil authority. She did not have either over the child but his parents did. She then said she would bring the mother to class the next week. I gave her copies of the first two lessons to give to the mother and told her to have the mother attend class the following week and I would tell what to do next. They came to the third class where I taught the Power of Prayer. After class I spoke to the mother. I ask her if she studied the lessons I had sent her and if she believed what I was teaching. Her reply was yes to both questions. We then got in agreement that God would raise her son when she laid her hands on him and commanded him to wake up, in the name of Jesus. I was ministering under a strong healing and miracle anointing so I transferred it to her.  Both ladies agreed to spend the next day in fasting and prayer then they would go and do as I had told them. Now brace yourself! That boy had been in that coma for four years with no change. The doctors wanted the mother to give them permission to pull the plug and end it all. The messages she heard caused faith to flood her heart. Then both ladies went to the sons bedside, laid their anointed hands on him and mother said” wake up, in the name of Jesus.” The boy instantly came out of that 4 year old coma and sat strait up in bed, healed by the power of God. They sent him home that day. Here is a demonstration of God working with and confirming His word when we act on it in faith. Praise God! Praise God! Praise God! Praise God! Praise God! Praise God! Praise God!

Jesus Heals Lupus

In the fall of 1997, my daughter Ranada was diagnosed with lupus, an auto-immune system disease for which there is no cure. The moment we were told by the doctor, I had to suppress the urge to break down and cry because everyone I knew to have this disease had died or lived such a pain filled life. My daughter and I sat and listened to the doctors prescribed course of treatment, and what we should expect. As we were sitting there I heard the Holy Spirit speak to my spirit saying “It Shall Be Well”. We moved forward with the treatment with no real results, this went on for about five or six months. Some friends invited me to church at Oasis of Life where Rev Ulysses Spann was pastor. I went alone on the first visit and asked for prayer for my daughter, Pastor Spann asked me to bring my daughter the next Sunday. The next week I brought my daughter Pastor Spann prayed for her, after he prayed for her I felt peace and was confident that all would be well. Time went on and she begin to heal, the doctors begin to note her improvement; they used her in case comparisons between the two local children’s hospitals. By the fall of 1998 she was off all medications. We knew she was healed, and she has gone on to finish college, and serve in the military. She’s been free of Lupus for nearly 11 years. I thank God for allowing our lives to intersect with Pastor Spann’s and for his great faith and healing anointing.

HEALED OF OSTEOARTHRITIS

            After six months of dealing with swelling legs, hurting, swelling knees, rebuking pain, confessing healing scriptures and seeing no results I decided to see a doctor and find out exactly what was wrong. I figured if I knew exactly what was wrong, I could pray correctly with more confidence. After an examination by the doctor, he sent me to get x-rays on both legs and knees. The x-rays revealed that I had osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is a form of arthritis characterized by gradual loss of cartilage of the joints, usually affecting people after middle age. Well, I was 58 at the time, so I guess you could call me middle age and x-rays showed that I had it. The doctor told me the only remedy for this problem was operating and replacing the knee joints. Because I hadn’t given up on prayer, I replied with a big NO. His reply was “what are you going to do?” Out of my spirit came these words filled with faith in God, faith in Jesus and His finished work at Calvary, faith in the Holy Spirit and faith in the word of God, “ I will pray and do therapy!” “That will not fix your problem, but it’s your money you’re spending. You will still need an operation after the prayer and therapy” was his polite reply.

            I started the prayer and therapy and at that time I was taking pain medication. I think I need to interject some additional information in order for you to get the fullness of what faith in God can do. I had been off pain or any other medication for years. God and His word were keeping me healthy until this happened. Being in the healing ministry allowed me to see hundreds of miracles and healings and here I was struggling with this little old osteoarthritis. I know the will of God concerning my health from Isaiah 53:4-5, Matt.8:16-17, Gla.3:13-14, 1Pet.2:24, 3Jn.2 and yet I was suffering from an infirmity that was not the will of God for me to suffer.

            The first thing I did in prayer was seek the Lord for wisdom to deal with this attack. I had used every spiritual weapon I knew to no avail. When that happens, I know the problem is not with God or His word, but with me! For some reason I wasn’t making connection. I knew that with the wisdom of God, I could overcome this attack the way I had overcome other attacks. This is what God told me:

• I was physically out of shape because of my lack of exercise.
• I was overweight and because I was out of shape, my bones were doing the work my muscles were supposed to be doing.
• I would have never started a fitness program and being physically unhealthy, I would later give place to some other problem had I received instant deliverance.
• Cast out the spirit of osteoarthritis and then pray for healing and replacement of any damaged parts in the knees.
•  Start an exercise program that would develop the knee and leg muscles.

           This all started 3 years ago and I have been consistent with this spiritual and physical work given to me by God. I celebrated my 63 birthday on June 28 and I am not on any medication. I just had my annual physical and the report came back totally well in all areas. I can leg press 100lbs. per leg without any pain or problems! I feel better today than I did at 40years of age. All of my muscles are getting in shape and if I keep on this program, I’ll make it to 120yrs. If Jesus tarries!  Faith in God’s Word with corresponding actions will always bring rewards!!!

Healing Belongs To You!

             As born again believers, God has predestined for us to live the God-kind of life here on earth.  In Matthew 6:10, Jesus instructs the disciples to pray that God’s will be done on earth as it is in heaven.  The will of God for earth is freedom from the curse, which is free from sin, sickness disease and poverty.

                    In 3 John 2, our Heavenly Father, speaking through the apostle John, said that He wills that we prosper and be in health even as our soul prospers.  Health is ordained of God and is a part of our blood bought covenant.  Galatians 3:13 states that we are redeemed from the curse of the Law. The curse was spiritual death, sickness, disease and failure in every arena of life. It is our covenant right to be free from sickness and disease.  We access the rights to our covenant by using the weapons which God has made available to us.

                   One of the most powerful weapons which God has made available to us is His Word.  When we speak the Word of God, all of heaven backs us up.  Jesus said, in Matthew 17:20, that if we had the faith as a grain of mustard seed, we could speak to any mountain and command it to be removed and it would be removed, and nothing would be impossible to us.  He didn’t say to think about the mountain, or look at the mountain, or talk about the mountain, He said to speak to the mountain. Sickness and disease is representative of mountains in our lives.  Our deliverance from the mountains of sickness and disease is as near to us as the words in our mouths. 

                  Proverbs 4:20-22 tells us to give attention to the Word of God, because it is health and healing to all our flesh.  As you give your attention to the Word of God, speaking it forth on a daily basis, keeping it in your mouth, before your eyes, in your heart, meditating on it day and night, you can expect all of heaven to back you up and produce health in your body. Joel 3:10b says “let the weak say I am strong.” Say these confessions out loud two or three (or more) times a day, and watch your health spring forth, because “Healing Belongs to You“.

I give attention to God’s Word.  I give God’s Word first place in my life.  I submit and consent to God’s Word.  I do not let God’s Word depart from my eyes.  I keep God’s Word in the midst of my heart.  For it is life to me because I have found it, and, it is health and healing to all of my flesh.

Exodus 15:25-26,  And he cried unto the Lord; and the Lord shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet:  there he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them, And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in His sight, and wilt give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases upon thee, which I brought upon the Egyptians:  for I am the Lord that healeth thee.

I am diligent to listen to and obey the voice of the Lord my God and I do what is right in His sight.  I give ear to and consent and submit to His Word and I keep all of His statutes.  God has not put any disease upon me for God is my Lord Who heals me.  I receive my healing now in the Name of Jesus.

Exodus 23:25, And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and He shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

I am a child of God.  I serve the Lord my God.  God has blessed my bread and my water.  My God has taken sickness and disease out of my midst.  Sickness and disease cannot stay in my body because God has taken it away from me.  I walk in divine health.  I am healthy now in the Name of Jesus.

Psalms 91: 1-6, 10, He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.  I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress:  my God; in Him will I trust.  Surely He shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.  He shall cover thee with His feathers, and under His wings shalt thou trust:  His truth shall be my shield and buckler.  Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; for the destruction that wasteth at noon day.  There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh they dwelling.

I dwell in the secret place of the Most High, and, I remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty.  Sickness and disease cannot withstand the power of my heavenly Father.  Sickness and disease are enemies to God and enemies to me.  The Lord is my Refuge, my Fortress, and my God.  I lean on, trust in, and rely on Him.  I am confident that He will deliver me from sickness and disease.  I trust in God’s faithfulness.  He never changes.  He is always the same.  He keeps me safe from hidden dangers and deadly diseases.  Because I dwell in His secret place, no evil befalls me, and no plague comes near my dwelling.

Psalms 91:14-16, Because he hath set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him:  I will set him on high, because he has known My Name.  He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him:  I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.  With long life will I satisfy him, and show him My salvation.

Because I have set my love upon God, He will deliver me.  God has set me on high.  I am seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus.  I know and understand God’s Name. He is Jehovah Rapha, the God who is my Healer.  I have a personal knowledge of God’s mercy (which is new towards me every morning), His unconditional love, and His kindness.  I trust and rely solely upon God because I know that He will never leave or forsake me.  When I call upon God, He always answers me.  He is with me in trouble.  He is with me right now.  He delivers me and honors me.  He is satisfying me with long life.  I will live a long healthy life.  I will not die.  I’ve decided I’m going to live until I’m satisfied.  God is showing me His salvation right now.  He’s showing me His deliverance, His protection, and His healing power.  That power is flowing through my body right now.  God is healing me right now.  I believe I have received my healing now.  Sickness and disease cannot prosper against me because God is my Deliverer and my Healer.

Psalms 103: 2-5,  Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits:  Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; Who healeth all thy diseases.  Who redeemeth thy life from destructions; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagles.

I praise you Lord God.  I give You thanks for all of your benefits.  I thank You for forgiving all of my iniquities and allowing me to stand upright before You.  I praise You Lord God for healing each one of all my diseases.  I believe I am healed now.  I believe I am healthy.  Father, You do not just heal some diseases, You heal all diseases.  I thank you Lord that I am healed right now.  I thank You that You have redeemed my life from the pit and from destruction. The devil will not destroy me with sickness and disease.  I will not allow it.  I thank You Lord, for crowning me with Your loving kindness and tender mercy, and, satisfying my mouth with good so that my youth is renewed like the eagle’s.  My body is strong and full of health.  I look better and better every day.  My body is being renewed right now. Every tissue and organ in my body is performing a perfect work.  I am healthy.  I am healthy. I am healthy.

Isaiah 53:3-5,  He is despised and rejected of men; a Man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief:  and we hid as it were our faces from Him: He was despised, and we esteemed Him not.  Surely He hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.  But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities:  the chastisement of our peace was upon Him: and with His stripes we are healed.eH

Jesus bore all sickness and disease so that I don’t have to bear them.  He took every sickness and every disease known to man upon His own body.  I refuse to bear what Jesus has already borne for me.  I will not allow any disease or sickness to live in my body.  Jesus took all of my weakness and pain.  I refuse to allow weakness and pain to stay in my body.  I am healed by the stripes that wounded Jesus.  I am healed right now.  I receive health in place of sickness, strength in place of weakness, and comfort in place of pain.  I am healed by Jesus’ wounds.  I am healed by Jesus’ wounds.  I am healed by Jesus’ wounds.

Acts 10:38,  How God anointed Jesus of Nazereth with the Holy Ghost and with power;  Who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with Him.

Sickness and disease are oppression from the devil.  Sickness and disease do not come from God.  I refuse to be oppressed by the devil.  Jesus went about healing all that were oppressed of the devil, which means He went about healing all who were sick or diseased.  Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.  Since He was healing, and, He has not changed, He is still healing.  It is good to be healed and healthy.  It is God’s will to be healed and healthy.  Therefore, I receive my healing now.  I have decided to live out the rest of my days here on earth in health.  My health is already paid for by Jesus’ wounds.  Since He already paid for it, I believe I’ll just receive it right now.  Thank You Lord God for my healing.  I thank You that I am healthy now in Jesus’ Name.

Luke 10;19,  Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy:  and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

I have power over you sickness and disease.  You cannot hurt me.  I will not allow you to harm my body.  I say, “Go”, in the Name of Jesus.  You cannot stay.  I take my authority over you and I command you to leave in the Name of Jesus.  I am healthy.  I am healthy.  I am healthy.

Galatians 3:13,  Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree.

Sickness and disease is a curse of the law.  Christ redeemed me and purchased my freedom from the curse of the law.  Sickness and disease are not a part of my blood bought covenant.  Jesus hung on the tree and took the curse of the law upon Himself so that I would not have to.  Since Jesus already took the curse in my place, I refuse to take the curse.  Sickness and disease you leave my body.  Pain you leave my body.  I will not allow you to trespass on my body.  You are an illegal alien.  You cannot stay.  I say go now!  I was healed by Jesus’ wounds, therefore, I am healthy.  I refuse to be sick.  I command every tissue and organ in my body to be healthy in the Name of Jesus, Amen.

Philippians 4:6,  Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

                 God has already promised us that healing belongs to us.  Just as we were redeemed from spiritual death (sin) we were also redeemed from sickness and disease.  It is up to us to believe and receive our redemption.  One of the ways which we can express our belief in the fact that God has delivered us is through praising and worshipping God. The Bible says in Acts 16:25-26 that when Paul and Silas were in prison, at midnight they began to pray and sing praises to God.  As they were praising God, the prison doors were opened and everyone was set free from their shackles.  God desires that we be set free from the prison of sickness and the shackles of disease that the devil has tried to oppress us with.  But there is a part that we play. After we have prayed and confessed the Word of God, we must continue to praise God for our healing.  Take this time and begin to praise and worship God for what He has already done.  Worship Him several times a day until you see and after you see the manifestation of healing in your body.

                  Father, I thank and praise You because You are Jehovah Rapha, the God Who heals me.  You are my Physician.  You are the Lord Who heals me.  You did send Your Word and healed me.  I thank and praise You for Your Son, Jesus Christ, Who paid the price for my healing at Calvary’s cross. I thank You Heavenly Father that sickness and disease have no authority over me.  I am the healed.  I am the redeemed.  I thank you that you are the same yesterday, today, and forever.  You never change.  I praise You Lord that Your healing power ins flowing through me right now driving out every symptom of sickness and disease.  I believe You have healed me.  I thank You for Your willingness and desire to heal me.  I thank you that I am not healed by what I feel or what man says.  I am healed by Jesus’ wounds.  I thank You, Father that Your Word is medicine to my flesh and it is working in my body right now:  driving out every symptom of sickness and disease.  I thank You that You do want me well because You are glorified in my being well.  I thank You that I am restored to health.  I thank You that I have been made perfectly sound in my body through the Name of Jesus.  I thank You that You are for my body and my body is for You.  I thank You for total restoration of every tissue and organ in my body.  I thank You that sickness and disease cannot prosper against me.  I thank You Lord for healing me, in the Name of Jesus, Amen.

                  Several years ago I injured myself very badly. The injury caused tremendous pain throughout my entire body. At times the pain got so great that I would almost pass out. Whether I was walking, sitting or laying the pain persisted. I wasn’t taking medicine because I had received deliverance with my faith in God many times before. I’m not against doctors or medicine but I had come to the place where I could bypass the natural remedies and go directly to God and receive. I began to apply some of the things I had been taught that brings deliverance but nothing was working. I rebuked satan; I used the name of Jesus and commanded the pain to go and the body to be healed; I praised the Lord and confessed that I was healed, but nothing was working. I even waited for the manifestation but the man from the station never came. Finally I ask God what was the hindrance. He replied that I had gotten so busy that I had allowed my spirit to become emptied of His word. I had allowed His word to depart from my eyes and mouth. He said that I was quoting the word from my head but there was not a heart and mouth connection. I was empty. My sword of the spirit was dull. Since I couldn’t work, I decided to go home and feed my spirit with the word of God. I listen to healing tapes and read healing scriptures for four hours strait and I was totally healed of my affliction. The word of God became medicine to all my flesh. The man from the station came with the manifestation! God’s word works; Glory.

                   God does want you well.  Healing does belong to you.  It is up to you whether or not you receive your healing.  It is your faith that makes you whole.  The Bible says you can have what you say.  Begin to say “I was healed by Jesus’ wounds”, because “HEALING BELONGS TO YOU.”

Faith’s Confession

Mar 5:25-34 WNT Now a woman who for twelve years had suffered from hemorrhage,  (26) and had undergone many different treatments under a number of doctors and had spent all she had without receiving benefit but on the contrary growing worse,  (27) heard of Jesus. And she came in the crowd behind Him and touched His cloak; (28) for she said, “If I but touch His clothes, I shall be cured.”  (29) In a moment the flow of her blood ceased, and she felt in herself that her complaint was cured.  (30) Immediately Jesus, well knowing that healing power had gone from within Him, turned round in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?”  (31)  “You see the multitude pressing you on all sides,” His disciples exclaimed, “and yet you ask, ‘Who touched me?’”  (32) But He continued looking about to see the person who had done this,  (33) until the woman, frightened and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and threw herself at His feet, and told Him all the truth.  (34)  “Daughter,” He said, “your faith has cured you: go in peace, and be free from your complaint.”

Here we have a story of a woman who suffered for twelve years with a certain affliction. From the story we can conclude that she was incurable. After spending all her money on doctors and cures things didn’t get better but worse. Someone told her about a Man that could cure her of her problem. The bible teaches that faith comes by hearing words. It also teaches that faith is released by words and corresponding actions. In this lesson we will focus mostly on words. This woman’s faith filled words was a major key in her deliverance from an incurable situation.  In this lesson I purpose to show you how you can use faith filled words to deliver you from any situation, curable or incurable!

Rom 10:10 WNT For with the heart men believe and obtain righteousness, and with the mouth they make confession and obtain salvation.

Salvation is an all inclusive word that takes into account all the redemptive acts of Christ. The Greek word soteria is translated into English as healing, wholeness, health preservation, safety, prosperity, Savior, welfare, deliverance. These all come into your life by believing with your heart and speaking it out in faith. Faith must be released in words in order for it to give substance to that which you hope for.

Confessing is the act of admitting to something or owning something. To confess means to speak the same thing, to agree with, to assent, declare or admit. To get a broader understanding of the importance of your confession let us quickly look at its definition. To assent is to willingly submit to the commands or wishes of others and to allow. To declare here means to state to be true or to claim. To admit means to recognize or regard, often reluctantly, as being valid or true and to receive. Concede is another word used to define confessing or to confess. When one concedes he/she submits to the wishes of another, surrenders, gives in or throws in the towel. The bible says that a heartfelt faith filled confession obtains salvation. When a person obtains something he acquires or secures it. Your faith filled confession causes you to bring in or receive that which you spoke in faith.

Mar 11:23-24 (Murdock) Verily I say to you, That whoever shall say to this mountain, Be thou removed, and fall into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that what he said will occur, to him will be the thing he spoke.  (24) Therefore I say to you, That whatsoever ye shall pray and ask for, believe that it will be, and it will be to you.

When we believe something and speak it out of our spirits those words carry creative or destructive ability.

Pro 6:2 BBE  You are taken as in a net by the words of your mouth, the sayings of your lips have overcome you.

Pro 12:18 BBE  There are some whose uncontrolled talk is like the wounds of a sword, but the tongue of the wise makes one well again.

Pro 18:20-21 GNB  You will have to live with the consequences of everything you say.  (21)  What you say can preserve life or destroy it; so you must accept the consequences of your words.

Mat 12:34-36 GNB  You snakes—how can you say good things when you are evil? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.  (35)  A good person brings good things out of a treasure of good things; a bad person brings bad things out of a treasure of bad things.  (36)  “You can be sure that on the Judgment Day you will have to give account of every useless word you have ever spoken.

Mat 12:37 MSG  Words can be your salvation. Words can also be your damnation.”

Jam 3:5-6 MSG  A word out of your mouth may seem of no account, but it can accomplish nearly anything–or destroy it! It only takes a spark, remember, to set off a forest fire.  (6)  A careless or wrongly placed word out of  your mouth can do that. By our speech we can ruin the world, turn harmony to chaos, throw mud on a reputation, send the whole world up in smoke and go up in smoke with it, smoke right from the pit of hell.

When we speak facts we reinforce and own them; we surrender to them whether the facts agree with the word of God or not. We give those facts control over our lives and they began rule us. Speaking in line with God’s word in faith will always change the facts.

Jon 2:5-10 KJV  The waters compassed me about, [even] to the soul: the depth closed me round about, the weeds were wrapped about my head.  (6)  I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars [was] about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O LORD my God.  (7)  When my soul fainted within me I remembered the LORD: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple.  (8)  They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.  (9)  But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay [that] that I have vowed. Salvation [is] of the LORD.  (10)  And the LORD spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry [land].

Did you notice how Jonah got out of his trouble? Here was an impossible situation to get out of by human standards. Faith filled words directed in the right place provided the remedy.

FAITH FILLED WORDS WILL CHANGE FACTS EVERY TIME! Facts are information presented as objectively real or true. If facts are not in agreement with God’s word they cannot be true. Jesus stated that truth was only found in God’s word.

Joh 17:17 KJVA  Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

The main characteristic of facts is FACTS CHANGE! The main characteristic of truth is TRUTH NEVER CHANGES! Because facts change, they are unsettled. God’s word is settled, and that is why His word is true.

Psa 119:89 MSG  What you say goes, GOD, and stays, as permanent as the heavens.

Throughout the bible God spoke truth and changed facts. In the ministry of Jesus, he spoke God’s truth to facts and again changed the facts. You settle or establish facts or truth in your life by your faith confession. Speaking God’s faith-filled-power-filled word to the apparent facts will change the facts and bring into being the truth-God’s Word.

Job 22:28 KJV  Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

Job 22:28 MKJV  You shall also order a thing, and it shall be fulfilled to you; and the light shall shine on your ways.

Job 22:28 MSG  You’ll decide what you want and it will happen; your life will be bathed in light.

When facts speak defeat, we are to answer with the truth, God’s Word.

(Isa 54:17 CEV)  Weapons made to attack you won’t be successful; words spoken against you won’t hurt at all. My servants, Jerusalem is yours! I, the LORD, promise to bless you with victory.

Num.20:8 Fact: Rocks do not contain water.

Moses spoke God’s word to a rock and that rock produced enough water to supply a nation and its livestock.

2King 4:20-37 Fact: This woman’s son had died.

She refused to accept the fact that he was dead. With faith filled words she changed the facts and brought life to her son.

Jos.10:12-14 Joshua faith filled words moved God to stop the sun and moon.

Zec. 4:6-7 Zec. spoke words of faith to his problem and turn his hindrances into help.

Mark 4:36-41 Jesus didn’t like the fact that this storm was the cause of Him being awaken, so He spoke words of faith and changed the facts.

Joel 3:10 says when facts speak weakness to you, reply with the truth. Say I am strong.

This is the principle of calling the things that be not as though they were.

Rom 4:17 KJV  (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, [even] God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Rom 4:17 GNB  as the scripture says, “I have made you father of many nations.” So the promise is good in the sight of God, in whom Abraham believed—the God who brings the dead to life and whose command brings into being what did not exist.

Please pay close attention to what I am about to say. Then research it for yourself.

For 24 years Abram  had a blood- covenant promise from God, but never had the promised son it until he began to speak in agreement with what God had said. When he and his wife started speaking what God had said, it only took 3 months before things began to change. Before the year was out they had the fulfillment of the promise, a son. Their faith confession brought into being that which did not exist. They spoke the desired results and received the results they desired. Faith filled words spoken from their hearts turned back their biological clock and removed the curse from Sarah’s life.

Remember James said that the tongue can turn the cycle of life.

Heb 4:14 GW  We need to hold on to our declaration of faith: We have a superior chief priest who has gone through the heavens. That person is Jesus, the Son of God.

Heb 10:23 GW  We must continue to hold firmly to our declaration of faith. The one who made the promise is faithful.

Personal Testimony

I once attended church with this couple. She was several months pregnant with child. The child died and it was ten days in her womb before she found out that she was caring a dead baby. The child had begun to decay inside her and began to poison her systems. They rushed her to the hospital dying. After examinations the doctors told her husband that the decay and poison produced by the dead baby was killing the mother. They said that she was so far gone that there was nothing medically they could do. The father was advised to call in the family for their last visit and to get his business in order for the funeral. The man thanked the doctors for their work and concern, but his wife would not die but live and declare the works of God! The doctors got upset and tried to convince this man to abandon all hope because the monitors his wife was connected to was saying she was getting closer to death by the minute. When the report came to this man that his wife had less than 10% chance of living, he repeated again in faith “My wife will live and not die and declare the works of God.” Forty- five days later the hospital released this woman totally healed by the power of God. This man spoke the truth of God’s word to the apparent facts and changed the facts. This man brought salvation to his wife through his Faith Confession! You can do the same. Develop your faith in God’s Word, then speak it from your heart in faith and watch the facts change.

Creative Power Of God’s Word

Words are the most important things in the universe.  The Bible has a lot to say about words that we as Christians need to know and understand.  Words were the instruments by which God created all things.

Hebrews 11:3,   Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God…

God’s word is powerful and filled with faith.

Nine times the words, “And God said” appears in Genesis chapter one. Each time God spoke something was created, formed, or made. The worlds came into being, were beautifully coordinated, and now exist by the command of God.

Hebrews 1:3,   …Upholding all things by the Word of His power.

Hebrews 1:3 Amp. …upholding and maintaining and guiding and propelling the universe by His mighty word of power.

Luke 1:37 (ASV).  For no word from God shall be void of power.

God’s word is full of power, creative energy, and life. When God created the universe, He used His word like a carpenter uses his hammer. God builds with His word. When God speaks, His word carry out His every bidding. His word is controlling this universe.

Isaiah 55:11MSG  So will the words that come out of my mouth not come back empty-handed. They’ll do the work I sent them to do, they’ll complete the assignment I gave them.

Psalms 33:6-9,   By the Word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth…For He spake, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.

Psalms 119:89-91,   …Thou has established the earth and it abideth.  They continue this day according to thine ordinance; for all are thy servants.

Jesus’ word is powerful and filled with faith.

God is a Spirit.  He wanted us to see Him, to know Him, and to see how to operate in the earth, so He sent a representative of Himself, Jesus Christ, the Son of God!

Hebrews 1:1-3,   God…Hath in these last days spoken to us by His Son…Who being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His Person…

Jesus is the representative of the substance of God. When you look at Jesus and His life you get a picture of what the Father is like. God wanted all of Himself to be in His Son.

Colossians 1:19,   For it pleased the Father that in Him should all fullness dwell…

John 3:34,  …He whom God hath sent speaketh the Words of God…

John 8:26, 28,   …I speak to the world those things which I have heard of Him…But as My Father hath taught Me, I speak these things.

John 12:49-50,   For I have not spoken of myself but the Father which sent Me, He gave Me commandment what I should say and what I should speak.

Throughout the life and ministry of Jesus, He only spoke the creative, life giving words of His Father. People saw and recognized the power and authority of Jesus’ word.

Luke 4:32,   And they were astonished at His doctrine for His Word was with power.

Creation was established by God’s Words and responded to the words spoken by Jesus. With faith filled words Jesus calmed the raging sea. With faith filled words Jesus raised the widow’s son. With faith filled words Jesus called Lazarus from the tomb. Jesus spoke creative words to the man with the withered hand. Jesus spoke healthy words to the woman with the spirit of infirmity. To the paralytic Jesus’ words were, “Take up thy bed”. In Matthew 8:5-13,  the centurion knowing the authority and power of Jesus’ words proclaimed,  “Speak the Word only and my servant shall be healed”.

The power of God’s word on your lips.

Genesis 1:26-28,   And God said, Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness…

God made us in His image so that we could act like Him. To be a Christian is to be Christ like.

Ephesians 5:1,  Be ye therefore followers (imitating, walking like, talking like, acting like) God.

Psalms 8:5NKJ  Thou has made him (man) a little lower than God and did set man over the works of Thy hands.

God gave man dominion over the works of His hands. This dominion was to be exercised through man’s words. Authority in any area is exercised through words. God created all things by His word. Creation responded to those words spoken by Jesus. Jesus says creation will respond to those same words spoken by us.

John 14:12,   ….The works that I do shall you do also…

Matthew 17:20,   …If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Luke 17:6,   …If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

Mark 11:12-14,   …And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves…And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever…And in the morning…they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots…And Jesus…said unto them, Have faith in God…Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall  have whatsoever he saith.

Jesus only spoke what He heard from the Father. God has given us the authority and ability to change things so that we can control and remove anything that stands in the way of the will of God being done.

Mat 18:18-19 CEV  I promise you that God in heaven will allow whatever you allow on earth, but he will not allow anything you don’t allow.  (19)  I promise that when any two of you on earth agree about something you are praying for, my Father in heaven will do it for you.

Rom. 8:19.MKJV  For the earnest expectation of the creation waits for the manifestation of the sons of God.

God performs the words of His servants.

Isaiah 44:24-26,   Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer…I am the Lord…That confirmeth the word of His servant…

Confirm is defined as to make good, perform, establish, make to stand, to make effective, to bind by some formal or legal act, to substantiate, to affirm as having substance, to demonstrate, to verify. Perform is defined as to make prosperous, make good, carry out or execute. Execute is defined as to carry into effect, to fulfill a command, promise, of undertaking, to carry out an order, or to carry through a plan or program. God didn’t say I confirm the word of apostle, evangelist, prophet, pastor, or teacher.  He said, “I perform the word of My servant”.

Job 22:28  You shall also order a thing, and it shall be fulfilled to you; and the light shall shine on your ways.

Joshua commanded (with words) the sun and the moon to stand still. God performed Joshua’s words and stopped the universe.

Joshua 10:12-14, Then spake Joshua to the Lord…and he said…Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon, and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.  And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed…

Elijah stopped the rain for 3-1/2 years with words.

1 Kings 17:1,   And Elijah the Tishbite…said unto Ahab, As the Lord God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.

When your words are God’s word or are in agreement with God’s word, they do not return to you void, but they accomplish that which you and God please and prosper in the thing whereunto you and God send them. Jesus said,  “We are one”.  Therefore, when your words agree with God, they become one with God. When your word agree with God, they become lord over the situation. God works with His word and brings them to pass when spoken in faith!

Mark 16:20  And going out, they proclaimed everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the Word by miraculous signs following. Amen.

Jeremiah 1:12,   Then the Lord said unto me, Thou hast seen well:  for I will hasten to My Word to perform it.

The word of God must govern your every utterance. The word of God is a weapon we can use against the onslaughts of the enemy and win. The word of God is the Sword of the Spirit. The word of God on your lips is the key to victory and success. The word of God spoken from your heart releases God to work on your behalf. You don’t have to perform it, God will!! When man in faith speaks God’s word that speaking by man becomes God speaking through man. God’s Word on your lips when spoken in faith is just as creative and powerful as God’s Word on His lips.

Matthew 10:20,   For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

Revelations 12:11,   And they overcame him (satan) by the blood of the Lamb, and the Word of their testimony.

Put God’s word in your heart and mouth. When you do, you program yourself for success and victory. Make your testimony line up with God’s word. Speak the desired results in faith and you will see come to pass the result you desire.

 Joshua 1:8,   This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou must meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein:  for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Testimony:

Several years ago my wife began to suffer with abdominal pain that persisted for weeks. When examined by doctors, they found seven fibrous tumors. They told her that she would need surgery to remedy the problem. She decided to go the way of prayer. We got in agreement that God would heal her and that there would be no need for surgery. For thirty days, sometimes four or five times a day, we cursed those tumors and told them that they would have to leave God’s property. We told them to dissolve or disappear, we didn’t care how but leave her body. We reminded satan that he was eternally defeated and that we had authority over his works in Jesus’ name. There was never any fear in us , only faith in God and His word. Thirty days later my wife returned to the doctor for reexamination and they found her body to be free of tumors. Not one was left because God watches over His word to perform it!
